the concierge team was really helpful . daniel and alfonso were dedicated to making my visit special. raphael worked to ensure every accommodation was great for my friends and me. nothing seemed too difficult for them, and i am very thankful.
during check-in, the process was long. the wait time was significant and i wish it was faster. i think improving this would greatly enhance the arrival experience , especially after long travels. i hope this can be addressed soon.

the rooftop bar was a nice spot. the drinks and food tasted amazing. the staff was polite and helpful. the location allowed easy access to various tours.
my room was not ready at the scheduled check in time. many unhappy guests filled the lobby also waiting for their rooms. the rooftop disco played loud music until 1 am and disturbed my sleep. the cost of the room didn't justify the overall experience.
